My credit card company refused my CCNow order, because
they require a voice authorization or fax authorization. What can I
do to get the order processed ?
When
will A2000 ship out the ordered items and how are orders delivered ?
When will I receive the goods ?
Normally. it takes 7 business days to process the order and ship
out the ordered items from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
We deliver the parcels by courier services to their destinations provided
the relevant courier service is available. DHL, UPS and Federal
Express are currently our preferred delivery service providers. Take
for instance, a parcel is delivered by DHL's Express Mail in 5 to 6 days to
major US destinations, or in 6 to 7 days to major European destinations.
In consideration of the time spent in order processing and mail
delivery, customers in major cities can usually receive their ordered items
in 12 - 14 business days after order confirmation. The time of
delivery varies, depending on the destination and the size of the order.
How
much is the shipping cost ?
A2000 charges a flat shipping cost of USD25 per shipping order to
major destinations for whatever quantity you buy. The more items you
buy, the more benefit you get. We reserve the final right to accept
or reject any orders.
How
do I check on an item after placing of the order ?
We will send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as we receive your
order. A shipment notification together with the shipping details
will be e-mailed to you once the parcel is shipped out. You may also
track the status of delivery by using the on-line tracking systems provided
by major delivery service providers, eg. DHL, UPS, Fedex, and so on.
Is
there any geographic restriction for placing of an order ?
A2000 serves customers worldwide. However, we
reserve the final right to accept or reject any orders.
How
does the shopping cart work ?
The shopping cart is programmed by CCNOW who interfaces with
A2000. Just as in a physical store, your shopping cart
holds items you choose until you are ready to check out. From
the shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout, keep shopping and
change, delete or save items for later. You can always access
your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the left or bottom
of the page.
Can
the availability of the goods be ensured ?
The product information and product availability posted on our web
site is the best and most current information we have but this information
does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. However,
we try utmost to update the information on our web site as frequently as we
possibly can. We reserve the final right to accept or reject any
orders.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we
will notify you as quickly as possible.
I
am a re-seller. How can I order the items in bulk quantity
? Is there any discount on that ?
We offer discount of 35% any single order exceeding USD300. The discount is automatically processed
by the computer program of the shopping cart.
Does
A2000 have a refund policy ? How can I return the goods if they are
found faulty ?
A2000 does have a refund policy for faulty
merchandise. To return the goods and claim refund,
the client can ship back the faulty merchandise in their original form at
the time of receiving within 30 days of receipt together with a letter of
claim specifying the product details, the order number and the client's
corresponding address at his/her own charge. Upon receiving the
returned goods, A2000 will refund the client by mail with an appropriate
cheque.
How
can I pay ? Is it safe to use my credit card ?
The whole payment process is mediated by CCNOW.
CCNOW is a company at Delaware of USA specializing in secure on-line
payment system which can handle on-line transactions using major credit
cards, viz. VISA, MASTER, AMEX, etc. The credit card information are
transmitted to CCNOW's computer server and payment are made directly to
CCNOW instead of A2000. Because credit card information
will not be sent to A2000's computer system, A2000 is not able to know your
credit card number or other sensitive information of the customers.
What
is CCNOW and what is the relationship between A2000 CyberMart and CCNow?
CCNow is a transaction processor of A2000 CyberMart's
products. Its focus is on selling tangible merchandise that will be
shipped to customers.
When a customer places an order, CCNow buys the ordered product(s)
from A2000 CyberMart for immediate resale to the customer. CCNow then
E-mails a purchase order to A2000 CyberMart. A2000
CyberMart will then ship the merchandise directly to the customer.
The customer is billed by "CCNow".
CCNOW is therefore a payment mediator between A2000 and its
customers. A commission rate of 9% has to paid to CCNOW
after the transaction. Customers do not need to worry about
this as the commission cost shall be paid by A2000.

Which
credit cards does CCNow accept?
CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus
cards, as well as PayPal.
This includes all card types which are derivatives of those
brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard
"MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
My
credit card company refused my CCNow order, because they require a voice
authorization or fax authorization. What can I do to get the order
processed?
If your credit card company does not permit electronic authorizations,
then CCNow will not be able to process your order on that card. We
would suggest you try a different card which does not have that
restriction.
In order to keep the administrative costs low and offer the low
fee, CCNow focuses exclusively on electronic orders, which are the most cost-efficient.
Telephone authorizations would require a large clerical staff, which is
much more costly.
